The Team

The Finesse Executive team includes:

• Alex Durand, General Manager Mr Durand has devoted his entire career to general aviation and his experience has ranged from airport operations, all aspects of corporate aircraft operation and management, managing aircraft sales and purchases, acting as a charter broker and advising on UK Civil Aviation Authority regulations.


• Colin Tyler, Technical Director Mr Tyler is a qualified engineer and has nearly 40 years’ experience advising on technical aircraft standards, the management of of aircraft records, and technical acceptance and aircraft delivery. He has supervised the delivery of nearly 20 aircraft on behalf of clients and has excellent contacts and experience with leading manufacturers, including Bombardier, Dassault, Embraer, Gulfstream, Cessna, and Hawker Beechcraft.


• Laurent Cauvin, Chief Pilot Capt Cauvin has nearly 3000 hours command time on Falcon aircraft, including the Falcon 900 EX EASy, Falcon 900, Falcon 50 and Falcon 10.


• Keith Holden, Operations Manager Mr Holden is one of the most experienced operations managers in the UK with over 30 years of experience in the field, including both private management and public transport operations and a wide variety of aircraft types.


• Stockton Birthisel, Finance Director Mr Birthisel is based in the Isle of Man and is experienced in establishing and administering tax-efficient corporate vehicles for the ownership, management and leasing of corporate aircraft. Clients benefit from his extensive contacts in international law and finance.


• Alain Regourd Mr Regourd is the principal shareholder of Finesse Executive and is President of Regourd Aviation based in Paris. Mr Regourd has been involved in hundreds of aircraft transactions since the founding of his company in 1976. The company benefits from his extensive knowledge of the aviation community in France and continental Europe and international aircraft operations.
